I was just talking to someone over the phone about the breed and described them as "shadow dogs." I then take a look at the pictures I snapped of this sweet boy earlier and sure enough, all of the pics of Mister 1 show him loyally following his mom or human!
Mister 1 is doing great with house training, he is sleeping all night in his crate, and is so sweet and even tempered. He loves to play, loves to cuddle, and loves to eat! His tail is always wagging and he lights up when we are playing outside.
Mister 1 was being a little camera shy today. As soon as I got down and pointed the camera in his direction, he looked the other way! If he could laugh, I am certain he would have been laughing hysterically at me today as I tried over and over to get a straight on picture of that sweet, little face! Finally, I made a loud "yelp" and got the last picture... where he is clearly thinking "What is wrong with you, lady?" Ha! Ha!
He is off to a good start with crate training and sleeps great with a buddy! This week we'll start having everyone sleep solo! We are also doing well with house training, although all of these storms are definitely setting us back a little bit! Here's to hoping for a dry week so we can really buckle down on going outside!
Look at him grow!
There is such a big difference between this weeks pics and last weeks. He is doing so well. He is very playful and loves to run. We had a lot of action shots in today's photo shoot. :)
This swet boy has a big week coming up... house training and crate training will begin soon!
Indoors, Outdoors, In someone's arms...
This sweet boy is doing great!
We just started puppy food and he is always one of the first pups to the bowl.
He likes to play chase (as long as you run slow enough for him to keep up)
and loves to snuggle up on a blanket.
Mister 1 is so sweet and playful. He is a brave boy who loves to explore. He wasted no time putting his nose to the grass and checking out his new surroundings. He loves people and is quick to greet whoever comes to the puppy pen.
Eyes and ears are open and this sweet boy can explore!
From this point on, each week the pups will become more and more playful.
We will also start to see little personalities begin to emerge.
Another easy week has passed!
Mister One is up to 1.4 pounds- gaining every day, but maintaining his position as smallest boy and second smallest pup in the litter!
His eyes are just starting to peak open. Just a few more days until those big baby blues will be looking right at us.
